Our beautiful and inspiring setting offers a unique venue for corporate celebrations, year-end receptions, and intimate holiday gatherings.

Holiday Party (Public Hours of Operation) | $1,750
- Up to 6 hour use of Deacon Community Room during the day
- Use of kitchen (food preparation only, no cooking)
- 1-hour complimentary set-up time
- 54 white folding chairs
- 7 – 5ft round tables
- Sound system (speakers and microphone)
- Cleaning, SOCAN and liability insurance fees
- Staff
- SMART TV and podium (if required)
- Viewing of exhibitions
Holiday Party (After Hours) | $3,250
- Use of our Deacon Community Room during non-operational hours (5 pm – midnight)
- Use of Lobby for dancing/cocktails
- 1-hour complimentary set-up time
- Use of kitchen (food preparation only, no cooking)
- Two staff
- 7 – 5ft round tables
- 54 white folding chairs
- 6 cocktail tables
- Gallery set-up, cleaning, liability insurance and SOCAN fees
- SMART TV and podium (if required)
- Viewing of our exhibitions (if requested)
