On Monday, December 1, 2025, Galeries Ontario / Ontario Galleries (GOG) announced the award winners of the 48th Annual GOG Awards held at the Toronto Reference Library. About the Award
Established in 1977, the GOG (Galeries Ontario/Ontario Galleries) Awards were created to highlight the continued excellence and innovation of its member public art galleries, art museums, artist-run-centres, and arts organizations. This year’s theme, Make Your Mark – Laissez Votre Marque, focuses on defending Canadian cultural sovereignty, and supporting the arts as a public good. The GOG Awards acknowledges both institutions and individuals, recognizing artistic merit, excellence, and outstanding achievement in Exhibitions, Programming, Writing, and Colleague Awards.
